Every time I see this time, it reminds me of the fabulous (1979-1996) South African radio station: Capital Radio 604. Not only did this station help SO MANY South Africans positively get through their working week, but I even won a motor car in a Community Chest competition sponsored by Capital Radio, with the winning ticket number including the digits: 604 !!
